Starting on May 8, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., exhibitors can pick up their badges from the EUROEXPO Information Office, within the ROMEXPO ASSISTANCE OFFICE in B3 Hall.

SETUP PERIOD (May 8 – 11, 2026)

• May 8 – 11, 2026 is the period allocated for exhibitors’ own stand construction (AP). Free access is allowed between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM via Gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei No.1).
• May 10 – 11, 2026 is the period for setting up stands built by ROMEXPO. Free access is allowed between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM via Gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei No.1).

EXHIBITION PERIOD (May 12 – 15, 2026)

• May 12 – 14, 2026, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM
• May 15, 2026, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
  Exhibitors are required to be present at their stands during the event’s operating/visiting hours.

STAND DISMANTLING / EXHIBITION SPACE CLEARING (May 15 – 17, 2026):

• May 15, 2026, between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• May 16 – 17, 2026, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

EXHIBITOR ACCESS (May 12 – 15, 2026):

• Vehicle parking access for exhibitors (during the fair) will be through Gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei No. 1) at the Romexpo Exhibition Complex, subject to a fee:
  • 5 lei/hour/vehicle – payable at the parking payment machine, or
  • 21 Euro + VAT/vehicle for a subscription valid throughout the exhibition.
• Pedestrian access for exhibitors (during the fair) will be via Gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei No. 1) of the Romexpo Exhibition Complex, based on the exhibitor badge.
