Info for exhibitors
SETUP PERIOD (May 9 – 12, 2025)
- May 9 – 12, 2025 is the period allocated for exhibitors’ own stand construction (AP). Free access is allowed between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM via Gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei No.1).
- May 11 – 12, 2025 is the period for setting up stands built by ROMEXPO. Free access is allowed between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM via Gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei No.1).
EXHIBITION PERIOD (May 13 – 16, 2025)
- May 13 – 15, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM
- May 16, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Exhibitors are required to be present at their stands during the event’s operating/visiting hours.
STAND DISMANTLING / EXHIBITION SPACE CLEARING (May 17 – 19, 2025):
- May 16, 2025, between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- May 17 – 18, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
EXHIBITOR ACCESS (May 13 – 16, 2025):
- Vehicle parking access for exhibitors (during the fair) will be through Gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei No. 1) at the Romexpo Exhibition Complex, subject to a fee:
- 5 lei/hour/vehicle – payable at the parking payment machine, or
- 21 Euro + VAT/vehicle for a subscription valid throughout the exhibition.
- Pedestrian access for exhibitors (during the fair) will be via Gate E (Bd. Poligrafiei No. 1) of the Romexpo Exhibition Complex, based on the exhibitor badge.
