Exhibitor info

• For companies with their own stand construction or a third-party stand builder, build-up runs on May 7–10, 2027, from 08:00 to 20:00 (access from 1 Poligrafiei Boulevard, Gate E, Pavilion B1 – Romexpo, Bucharest).
• For companies with a stand built by Romexpo, access is allowed on May 9–10, 2027, from 08:00 to 20:00 (access from 1 Poligrafiei Boulevard, Gate E, Pavilion B1 – Romexpo, Bucharest).
• Please make all payments before build-up, by April 23, 2027 at the latest. Payments are made by bank transfer, using the details on the proforma invoice. Payment is made in lei, at the euro/leu rate published by the National Bank of Romania on the payment date.
• Access for build-up is not allowed until all participation payments have been made.
• Car access during build-up is FREE, only through Gate E (1 Poligrafiei Boulevard) of the Romexpo complex, to the dedicated car park.

Please note: for companies building their own stand, access is granted only after the stand project has been approved.

Exhibitor access

• On May 11–13, 2027, exhibitors enter on foot through Gates E, A and B, with their exhibitor badge, from 08:30 to 17:30, and on May 14, 2027 from 08:00 to 20:00.
• Exhibitor car access on May 11–13, 2027 is through Gate E, to the dedicated car park, from 08:30 to 17:30, and on May 14, 2027 from 08:30 to 20:00, against the parking fee (5 lei/hour or 25 euro/car + VAT, valid for the whole duration of the event).

Visitor access

• May 11–13, 2027: from 09:00 to 17:00.
• May 14, 2027: from 09:00 to 16:00.
• Visitors enter on foot through Gates A, B, C – with the barcode received by email after registering online.
• Car access: 5 lei/hour – Car parks B and C.

• Stand dismantling starts on May 14, 2027, from 16:00 to 20:00, and continues on May 15–16, 2027, from 08:00 to 20:00 (access from 1 Poligrafiei Boulevard, Gate E, Pavilion B1 – Romexpo, Bucharest).

Note: the exhibition space must be completely cleared of the waste left from dismantling (boxes, packaging etc.) and handed back in the condition in which it was received.

• Please send all orders for additional equipment and services (forklift, cleaning, furniture etc.) by April 23, 2027 at the latest. The forms are available here.
• This way you will find everything you ordered in your stand, without unpleasant waiting while orders are carried out.
• Please remember that all payments are made by bank transfer, using the details on the proforma invoice. Payment is made in lei, at the euro/leu rate published by the National Bank of Romania on the payment date.

• Euroexpo Fairs provides (under art. 8 of the application contract) general outdoor security for the pavilions/platforms outside exhibition hours, but is not responsible for the security and integrity of exhibitors’ goods and materials. Exhibitors are advised to insure their goods.
• If an exhibit or object goes missing from a stand, the exhibitor must report the incident to the police immediately.
• The exhibitor is responsible for the security, integrity and safety of its goods during the mandatory presence hours in the stand, as well as during build-up and dismantling.
