Exhibitor registration forms

You are one step closer to being at EXPO PLAST × PACK SHOW × EXPO SHOP 2027. Download the application contract and the service forms, fill them in and send them to the PACK SHOW team.

Here you will find all the participation forms for PACK SHOW 2027, EXPO PLAST and EXPO SHOP exhibitors (May 11–14, 2027, ROMEXPO – Pavilion B1). The documents are organised in two steps: first registration and the contracts required to take part, then services and logistics for setting up your stand. Download the form you need, fill it in and send it to the organiser you have been in contact with: Contact Pack Show 2027 – Euroexpo and Romexpo. If you have any questions, the PACK SHOW team will help you at every step.

1. Registration & contracts

Application contract

The main participation document. Fill in your company details, the exhibition (PACK SHOW, EXPO PLAST or EXPO SHOP) and the space you want. Mandatory for all exhibitors.

F2 – Themes

Register the brands and product categories you exhibit, so that you are listed correctly in the official fair catalogue.

F3 – Co-exhibitors

Only needed if you share your stand with another company or a partner brand.

F6 – Data protection (Euroexpo)

Consent to the processing of personal data by Euroexpo Fairs. Mandatory for all exhibitors.

F6 – Data protection (Romexpo)

Consent to the processing of personal data by Romexpo. Mandatory for all exhibitors.

F1 – Standard stand construction

The basic stand package: walls, carpet, fascia and lighting. Recommended if you are taking part for the first time.

F5 – Stand built by the exhibitor / third parties

Fill it in if you build your stand with your own design or through an external stand builder. Required for approval of the stand project.

2. Services & logistics

S1 – Furniture

Tables, chairs, showcases, shelves and other stand furniture.

S2 – Advertising

Advertising spaces in the pavilion and across the complex, for maximum visibility.

S3 – Parking

Book parking spaces for your team for the duration of the fair.

S4 – Loading / unloading

Handling of exhibits with forklifts and specialised staff.

S5 – Cleaning

Daily cleaning of your stand throughout the fair.

S6 – Electrical installations

Electrical connection and extra power for equipment and demonstrations.

S7 – Sanitary installations

Water and drainage connection for stands with a sink or utilities.

S8 – Compressed air

Compressed air connection for machinery and live demonstrations.

S9 – Internet

A dedicated internet connection for your stand.

S10 – Promotional materials

Distribution of promotional materials and sampling within the fair.

S11 – Stand security

Dedicated security for your stand and exhibits outside opening hours.

S12 – Event at the stand

Product launches, tastings or special events at your stand.

S13 – Conference rooms

Book a room for presentations, launches or press conferences.

S14 – Graphics

Graphic customisation of your stand: printing, stickers, signage.

S15 – Hanging structures

Hanging banners, logos or structures above your stand.

S16 – Rental of stand construction elements

Extra elements: walls, podiums, doors and other structures.

Book your stand at PACK SHOW 2027 and present your solutions to the manufacturers, brands and retailers that invest. May 11–14, 2027, ROMEXPO – Pavilion B1.

Frequently asked questions about forms and registration

Everything you need to know about filling in and sending the forms: deadlines, build-up, dismantling and access. For any other question, write to us at packshow@euroexpo.ro.

All exhibitors must send the application contract, form F2 – Themes and the F6 data protection consents (Euroexpo and Romexpo). F1 or F5 is filled in depending on the type of stand, and F3 only if you have co-exhibitors.

Send the completed and signed forms to the organiser you have been in contact with: Contact Pack Show 2027 – Euroexpo and Romexpo. Our team will confirm receipt and send you the proforma invoice.

Orders for equipment and services (forms S1–S16) must be sent by April 23, 2027 at the latest. All payments must also be made by this date.

For your own stand construction or third-party builders: May 7–10, 2027, from 08:00 to 20:00. For stands built by Romexpo: May 9–10, 2027. Access is through Gate E (1 Poligrafiei Blvd.), Pavilion B1. Details on the Exhibitor info page.

Dismantling starts on May 14, 2027, from 16:00 to 20:00, and continues on May 15–16, 2027, from 08:00 to 20:00.

During build-up, car access through Gate E is free. During the fair, parking costs 5 lei/hour or 25 euro/car + VAT for the whole period (form S3).
