Participation and offer
How to become an exhibitor at PACK SHOW 2027, alongside EXPO PLAST and EXPO SHOP.
PACK SHOW 2027 takes place on May 11–14, 2027, at ROMEXPO Bucharest, Pavilion B1, at the same time as EXPO PLAST and EXPO SHOP: three complementary exhibitions, one B2B ecosystem.
Fill in the Request an offer form, and the organising team will contact you with a tailored offer for your exhibition stand, as well as the forms and documents needed to register for the fair.
The application contract must be sent by February 19, 2027. After this date, applications are accepted while space is still available.
Fees depend on the type of stand, its size and the number of open sides. The application contract also offers discounts for returning exhibitors and for larger spaces. Request a tailored offer and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Your company listing in the ROMEXPO mobile app and in the fair’s online catalogue, online invitations for free visitor access, general maintenance services, pedestrian access passes, a presence on the fair website and inclusion in the visitor information system.

Yes. Fill in form F3 – Co-exhibitors if you share your stand with another company or a partner brand.
EXHIBITORS
Forms and payments
Which documents to fill in, where to send them and the payment deadlines.
All exhibitors must send the application contract, form F2 – Themes and the F6 data protection consents (Euroexpo and Romexpo). F1 or F5 is filled in depending on the type of stand, and F3 only if you have co-exhibitors. All of them are on the Participation forms page.
Send the completed and signed forms to the organiser you have been in contact with: Contact Pack Show 2027 – Euroexpo and Romexpo. Our team will confirm receipt and send you the proforma invoice.
The location is confirmed in writing. You will then receive the proforma invoice for your participation. Payments are made by bank transfer, in lei, at the EUR/RON rate published by the National Bank of Romania on the payment date, within the deadlines stated on the invoice. Full payment of all requested services is mandatory before stand build-up begins, and no later than April 23, 2027. Build-up access is granted only after all amounts due have been paid in full.
Orders for equipment and services (forms S1–S16: forklift, cleaning, furniture etc.) must be sent by April 23, 2027 at the latest. This way you will find everything you ordered in your stand, without waiting.
Under the application contract, if you cancel after signing the contract and paying, the following share of the amounts paid is retained: 30% 60–45 days before opening, 50% 44–30 days before, 70% 29–15 days before and 100% less than 15 days before.
EXHIBITORS
Build-up, fair and dismantling
The step-by-step schedule, badges and access to Pavilion B1.
For own constructions or third-party builders: May 7–10, 2027, from 08:00 to 20:00. For stands built by Romexpo: May 9–10, 2027, from 08:00 to 20:00. During build-up, pedestrian and vehicle access is free through Gate E (1 Poligrafiei Blvd.), Pavilion B1. If you build your own stand, access is granted only after the stand project has been approved.
Stands not taken over by 18:00 on the last build-up day (May 10, 2027) may be allocated to other companies; failing to take over the stand by then counts as cancelling your participation.
From May 7, 2027, 8:00, at the Information desk in the ROMEXPO dispatch office, located in pavilion B3. The number of badges depends on the allocated space, and badges are nominal.
On May 11–13, 2027, exhibitors enter on foot through Gates E, A and B, with their exhibitor badge, from 08:30 to 17:30, and on May 14, 2027 from 08:00 to 20:00.
During build-up, car access through Gate E is free. During the fair, exhibitor parking (Gate E) costs 5 lei/hour or 25 euro/car + VAT for the whole period (form S3).
Dismantling starts on May 14, 2027, from 16:00 to 20:00, and continues on May 15–16, 2027, from 08:00 to 20:00, with access through Gate E. The exhibition space must be handed back clean, in the condition in which it was received.
EXHIBITORS
Security and events
Insurance of exhibits and the events you can organise.
Under art. 8 of the application contract, Euroexpo Fairs provides general outdoor security for the pavilions outside exhibition hours, but is not liable for the security of exhibitors’ goods. We recommend that you insure your goods: the exhibitor is responsible for their security during the mandatory presence hours in the stand, during build-up and during dismantling.

Schedule and venue
When and where we welcome you to the 2027 edition.
On May 11–14, 2027, at the ROMEXPO Exhibition Centre, 65-67 Mărăști Blvd., Pavilion B1, at the same time as EXPO PLAST and EXPO SHOP.
May 11–13, 2027, from 9:00 to 17:00, and May 14, 2027, from 9:00 to 16:00.

Registration and access
Entry is free with online registration.
Yes. Access to PACK SHOW 2027 is free, with online registration on the website.
Fill in the online registration form and you will receive your access code by email. You can also get the QR code from the ROMEXPO app.
Pedestrian access is through gates A (Piața Presei Libere), B (4 Expoziției Blvd.) and C (Expoziției Blvd.), with the code received by email.

Transport and parking
How to get to ROMEXPO and where to park.
Car access is through gates B and C, to the visitor car park. Parking costs 5 lei/hour.
