Grupul a fost consolidat odată cu înfiinţarea Yalova Ambalaj în 1995 şi Ova Oluklu Mukavva Ambalaj A.Ş. în 1997 si si-a luat locul printre nume de top ale sectorului cu o capacitate de hârtie reciclată de 150.000 de tone si o capacitate de ambalare din carton ondulat de 160.000 de tone. Producem octobine (cutii mari cu 8 fete), cutii cu 4 valve din carton ondulat cu 3, 5 si 7 straturi, ambalaje mari ondulate, produse complexe de decupare cu matrită si elemente de ambalare auxiliare (colturi, loje, insertii, cochilii). ) si asa mai departe.
